FRAME 01 / TAKE 01
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Learn to respond rather than demonstrate. The work draws from Meisner, Adler, Hagen, and Chekhov without turning technique into dogma.
Understand framing, continuity, eyelines, and stillness—then stop thinking about them while you act.
Practice taking adjustments quickly, making them your own, and delivering a new take without losing the life of the scene.
